It was a slow morning at work so I was able to to get my menues for the week completed and shopping list made. I'm attempting to use up all the meat in the freezer to clear up freezer space for all the processed tomato sauce and peaches that still need to be processed. These might get mixed around based on Matt's sister visiting and other plans going on this week. We might do the kabobs on Friday night as a stay in date since we plan on being at the Armada Fair Saturday and I might decide to plan a romantic picnic to take with.
Sunday - Grilled BBQ Chicken breasts and corn on the cob
Monday - Grilled chicken salad (made with leftover chicken breast from Sunday)
Tuesday - Panfried perch and mac & cheese
Wednesday - Pastrami & Swiss on Rye (or Country White) and pasta salad
Thursday - Porcupine meatballs (crockpot recipe), mashed potatoes and corn or green beans
Friday - DATE NIGHT
Saturday - Steakhouse Kabobs (from the Love of Cooking Blog site), salad
